Create Your Studio Account

Sign up

1. Go to the OneTake Studio sign-up page.
2. Enter your email and choose a password. You'll be asked to confirm the password.
3. Submit the form to create your account.

You can also sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook instead of creating a password.

If you submit the sign-up form too many times in a short period from the same network, OneTake temporarily blocks further attempts and shows "Too many sign-up attempts. Please try again in 10 minutes." Wait 10 minutes, then try again.

Email and password limits

• Email — must be a valid email address and no longer than 254 characters (the RFC 5321 maximum).
• Password — must be at least 8 characters and include at least one number and one special character. There is also a maximum length; the sign-up form enforces the same cap as the server, so the strength meter and the server always agree.

Verification emails

After signing up, OneTake sends a verification email to the address you provided. If you request several verification or password-reset emails in quick succession, delivery is paused briefly until things settle — so it's normal not to receive every retry instantly. This only affects rapid, repeated requests; ordinary use won't hit it.

Complete your profile

After signing up, you'll be prompted to set your display name. This is the name teammates see on your studio.

If you signed in with a social account, OneTake imports your profile picture from that provider. The picture loads directly from the provider for a short time after your first sign-in, then switches to a copy stored by OneTake.

Sign in

Returning users sign in with the same email and password, or with the same social account used to sign up.

• Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to reset it by email.

Your email and password

• Your display name can be changed anytime in Settings → Profile.
• Your email is shown in Settings but can't be changed from within the app.
• You can change your password from Settings → Security.
