Team

Invite teammates and manage their roles.

Add the people you work with so they share your studio's inventory.

Roles

OneTake has three team roles:

OwnerThe studio's owner. Full control, including billing and team management.
AdminManages gear and team.
MemberWorks with the studio's gear.

Invite a teammate

  1. Go to Studio → Team.
  2. Invite your teammate by email.
  3. They receive an invite link to join the studio.

Remove a teammate

When you remove a team member, OneTake also handles their maintenance assignments:

  • Any service schedules assigned to that member are reassigned to the studio owner.
  • If at least one schedule was reassigned, the studio owner receives an in-app notification listing how many tasks were reassigned and from which member.
  • If the removed member had no assigned schedules, no reassignment or notification occurs.

The reassignment is best-effort. If it fails, the member removal still completes.

Plan limits

The Studio plan includes up to 10 teammates. The Pro plan is a single-user workspace. See Membership → Plans.
